Just yesterday I decided to try something new with my workout and thought listening to music while running will help. So during my first ever 20 minute run I played:
- That’s How You Forgive by Shane & Shane
- He Is With Us by Love & The Outcome
- Believer by Audio Adrenaline
- Overcomer by Mandisa
The songs replayed, but all I needed was encouraging songs with a quick beat. Loved Overcomer at the end. It really sent me into a drive. I recommend music, it really does help set a pace when working out.
