Love’s To Blame ~ for King & Country
In the book of Job, chapter 1 we see a man that was looking to God, living a righteous and outstanding life. The Enemy decided to test one of the Lord’s most faithful, so God offered this man, Job. After losing almost everything [his house, children, livelihood], Job said one of the most profound statements recorded in the Bible, “…The Lord gave and the Lord has taken away; blessed be the name of the lord.”
Isn’t that just the perfect example. Job praised God through the storm. Sometimes we find it hard to do so, but if we can look past the storm and into the furutre, we know that God had something better for us and we should reach it with gratitude. At least God sees the good and not the bad.
