Unglued OBS- Week 3

Suggested Assignments for Week 3

****Note: Thursday will be our Unglued Blog Hop Day. Bloggers, here is your blog challenge for this week. Write and Unglued message based on Chapter 5 or 6 (or both) and Use one of this week’s Memory Verses (see above) in your blog post to tie it all together. Show us how the Scriptures can come alive in our lives. The way you do this is up to you. I can’t wait to read them!!!  Participation is optional and there is no pressure to participate, but I really want to encourage you in this. Take a challenge and get out of your comfort zone J For details on how to create a free blog, see assignments for Thursday below.

Monday~ Read Chapter 5, The Exploders.  Take notes and highlight. Look up your memory verse in your Bible. Write it in your notebook and begin to study it.

Visit http://melissataylor.org and share your thoughts on Chapter 5 and the memory verse.

Monday~ It’s conference call time with Renee Swope!  Renee is Proverbs 31 Ministries’ Executive Director of Radio and Devotions. She is a conference speaker, co-host of Proverbs 31 Ministries’ radio program, and author of “A Confident Heart.” Renee and Melissa will discuss being raised by one or more “unglued” parents~how they survived, dealt with it, and still deal with it today. Call begins at 8 pm EST. It’s still not too late to sign up for the conference call series. Sign up here. All calls are recorded. Direct questions to MelissaTaylorQuestions@gmail.com.

Facebook Users, don’t forget about our Conf Call Event Page! It’s the place to chat during the call, share notes, and ask questions. Also, if you miss the call, this is the place to read the notes as the call was taking place live. Go “join” now!http://www.facebook.com/events/245746552215239/  Even if you are NOT part of the conference calls, you can join this event. This is a great place to get all the notes. Each call contains a message about this week of study, Scripture teaching, and guest interview.

Tuesday & Wednesday~ Write your own reflection questions from Chapter 5. That’s right, it’s your turn to lead~smiles. In the comment section of my blog, http://melissataylor.org, post your reflection questions. You can share your answers if you like or keep them personal. I am looking for a guest leader in Week 5, maybe it will be you. Be brave, don’t shy away from this assignment. What questions do you think we need to answer from Chapter 5? For those of you just not ready to take this step, pick a set of reflection questions in the comment section to answer on your own. Let us know which ones you select.
